Article 50 Guard (vprokhorov.com) checks whether websites tell visitors that a chat is run by an AI, as the EU AI Act (Article 50) asks. This page explains, in plain words, what personal data we handle and why.

1. Who is responsible

Vladimir Prokhorov, ul. Filip Makedonski 27B, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
E-mail: vladimir@vprokhorov.com

2. What data we handle

3. Why, and on what basis

4. Google account data

Article 50 Guard uses a Google application (OAuth) that is operated by us for our own account only. It is not offered to the public, and nobody else signs in to it. The application never receives data of other Google users.

With the owner's permission, the application uses these Google services in the owner's own account:

We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Only the account owner can see it.

The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Who else receives data

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, or send it to you. You can object to our messages at any time. Write to vladimir@vprokhorov.com — we answer within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.

This page describes our practice in plain terms and is not legal advice.
